``The general availability for these two products is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2000. There is an accelerated trend toward the use of XML as a key technology of e-commerce, and we are very excited to participate in laying the groundwork by allowing developers to rapidly build and deliver XML-based Web services today,'' stated Luiz Valdetaro, VCSY's chief technology officer. ``Furthermore, we developed these XML-enabler agents with the user in mind; they are Web-based, simple to set up, easy to use and low cost.''
